Geraldine Murdoch is a highly skilled healthcare professional and an accomplished leader, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise, crisis management, and operational insight to Adonai Security. With over five years of experience in orthopaedics at Royal Darwin Hospital and her current role in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit (IPU), she has developed exceptional skills in handling high-pressure and sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
Certified through the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and serving as a CPI Trainer, she equips others with the knowledge and techniques to safely manage challenging behaviours, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a secure environment. Her deep understanding of human behaviour, combined with her healthcare experience, provides Adonai Security with a unique advantage in both risk management and personnel training.
As a Director, she plays a vital role in shaping company operations, ensuring that safety, professionalism, and client-focused service remain at the core of Adonai Security’s mission.
